My child Gaurav faced challenges due to a rare genetic disorder, which led us to transfer him from Ryan International School after 7th grade. The regular academic curriculum, especially Maths, became increasingly difficult for him. We discovered Little Angels School in Bandra, specialized for students with various needs such as Slow Learners, MR children, and those with ADHD difficulties. Initially, I worried about Gaurav’s confidence among students from diverse backgrounds, coming as he did from a mainstream school to a special school.
However, Little Angels School soon became our beacon of hope. Throughout the period from 2013 to 2020 I was impressed by their tailored curriculum and teaching methods, which greatly supported Gaurav’s learning. Their well-structured worksheets and emphasis on critical thinking went beyond standard textbooks.
Little Angels School excels not only academically but also in extracurricular activities such as swimming, horse riding, judo karate, dance, and tabla. They even organize picnics at places like Lonavala, fostering independence and discipline through outdoor activities like swimming, trekking, yoga, and meditation. Throughout his school years, Gaurav blossomed with newfound confidence, eventually completing his 12th grade successfully. His confidence soared further as he pursued a degree in Arts, followed by courses in Digital Marketing and Animation.
The school’s balance between academics and co-curricular activities is commendable. I express heartfelt gratitude to Principal Mr. Jehangir Afshari all the teachers, coordinators & Staff , particularly Jasmine, Rochelle, Priya , Rita , Mushtaq , Nadeem , Harish, Surendra, & Priscilla. Handling special children is no easy task, and the dedication of Little Angels School deserves praise.
Today, Gaurav thrives as a Digital Marketing Executive at “Prachar Communications Pvt Ltd.” in Vile Parle, a testament to the school’s unwavering efforts. I extend my warmest congratulations to the school’s management for their tireless commitment. We are profoundly satisfied with our decision to choose Little Angels School for Gaurav’s education and development.
My Grandson Mstr. Faizad Astad Palkhiwala has passed 10th NIOS in three subjects. Throughout this journey we have found many changes in him, not only academically but also in other fields such as sports and arts. This was possible with the efforts of the teachers and staff who are constantly encouraging the children. Faizad is a part of Kalanidhi Vocational Programme in which his major upgrade is seen in cooking and has also increased his interest in it. There is an improvement in his motor skills after he has started playing Judo and also made us proud by winning the Gold medal. Faizad has become more independent and confident after visiting the training camp in lonavala. Lastly I would like to say that the school has a very homely environment and they look after each and every child with utmost love and care. Faizad has started loving to go to school and enjoys his school bus rides. I would like to thank Jehangir Sir, teachers, non-teaching staff and the management of Little Angels School.
Thanks and regards Zarin Palkhiwalla (Grandmother of Faizad Aastad Palkhiwala)
My daughter Reema Das joined Little Angels School in October, 2018. Reema started in the school as a girl who was quiet and low in confidence. The teachers of Little Angels School started working with Reema on a one to one basis in her academics from a student who couldn’t read english well. She is now able to speak and read english fluently. She has written her Xth NIOS exams without a writer and scored well. She gave the “Welcome Speech” at the XIIth Little Angels Annual Sports Day. I am thankful to the Director, Trustees, Co-ordinator & Teachers of Little Angels School for taking Reema under their wings and helping her grow into a confident young adult.
Respected Principal, My son Mst. Shannon Fernandes has been a student at Little Angels School since 2012. Over the course of years spent studying there, there has been great improvement in Shannon’s temperament and behaviour. Tending to be adamant, he has become more calm and understanding. The Principal Jehangir Sir and the teachers have played an important part in developing Shannon’s personality. The school has helped foster Shannon’s love for dancing which has made him more expressive. The school’s co-curricular activities, field visits and the stays at Little Angels Kingdom have made him more independent and better at interacting with people socially. I thank the school for the tremendous hardwork and patience shown towards nurturing all the students at Little Angels. Thanks, Olinda Fernandes.
Khushnaaz was just 5 years old when she joined Little Angels School. We had no doubt that Jehangir Sir and his team were the best for our little angel. When Khushnaaz joined school she knew nothing, today she can read, write, calculate .. she swims, plays the tabla, basketball, badminton, she has participated in several competitions in sports, Judo karate, Rifle shooting and dancing, and won awards at the district level. What I especially like about the team at Little Angels is that they are involved at a personal level with each child. They have groomed my daughter to be confident and hopes and aspirations like any other child. She has passed Std X and is currently pursuing Std XII at the school. She has acquired a keen interest in current events and its a pleasure to see here participate in discussions on politics and world events with her dad at home. Most importantly, the school has taught her to hold her head high and I am sure she will suceed in whatever she does due to personality development and grooming that she has recieved from this wonderful institute. I wish them the very best!
Parents are the natural teachers because they know their child better than anybody else and have a better idea of what he/she is ready to learn. Here at Little Angels we believe in equal participation by the parents, thereby emphasizing on the relationship of the School with the parents. At Little Angels we also understand the challenges faced by the parents of special children in everyday life.

Let us come together to help these children in having an independent life.
Voltas has been associated with Little Angels School since 2016. Every time we have visited
the learning centre, we have been astonished by the zeal of the children, commitment of
the teachers and the environment that has been created together by all of them. It is
overwhelming to see children completing their 10th class through open schooling and also
learning many life skills during this journey.
The vocational centre brings independence and
hope to the young neurodivergent people. Voltas often chooses to buy their products as
gifts to our visitors and under our volunteering program, Voltasits help in the vocational
centre and summer camps. We cherish this loving bond very close to our heart! Best wishes,
always!
Little Angels and SBFC share a common philosophy – “ This partnership has financially sponsored and are supporting the special students for their education and vocational training program to generate livelihood.
In its constant effort to help children blossom to the best of their abilities, Little Angles created the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) in October 2010. The primary aim of the PTA was to help bridge the gap between the parents and the school management by involving elected members of the parent community to have an active role in decisions regarding the management of school affairs.
It would encourage a unified approach between parents and the management, thus helping align their goals for the benefit of the children. The PTA committee at Little Angels School comprises of hardworking and dedicated parents that are motivated to put in their best for the welfare of the school, the children and their fellow parent community.
The PTA has representation from all sections of the school. This enables a holistic approach towards problem solving. In its endeavor to help parents cope with the arduous task of bringing up special children, the PTA organizes lectures and workshops by eminent doctors, psychiatrists, child educators, etc for parents. These programs have the dual benefit of educating parents and acting as a problem solving forum for them. The PTA at Little Angels takes pride in the fact that its members, in spite of their hectic lives, take time out to attend the bi-monthly committee meetings. “Anything for the children”, is all they smile and say.
- Getting things done is not always what is most important. There is value in allowing children to learn, even if the task is not accomplished as quickly, efficiently or effectively envisioned.
- At Little Angels Students are given immense amount of opportunities to showcase their talents in spite of all their hurdles.
- Little Angels believes every child is special and unique and should be treated just normally. Together with the child, parents, Special Educators and all others involved in the student’s education, we design and implement programs which allow our students to succeed in surroundings they have been unable to manage before.
