About Us
Little Angels School, Mumbai, run and managed by the Human Development Centre Trust, is committed to providing specialized education and holistic care for children with diverse learning needs. Since its establishment on 14th June 2002, the school has been dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child is valued, understood, and supported.
We believe that every child is unique and possesses the potential to grow, learn, and achieve independence when provided with the right guidance and opportunities. Our approach focuses on individualized education, structured support systems, and a compassionate learning atmosphere that encourages confidence, self-reliance, and personal development.
In addition to our Mumbai campus, we also operate a dedicated training centre in Lonavala, established in 2005, known as Little Angels Kingdom (LAK). This centre is designed to provide extended learning, life skills training, and a supportive residential environment that helps students transition towards greater independence.
At Little Angels School, we go beyond traditional education by integrating academic learning with therapy, vocational training, and co-curricular activities. Our goal is to equip every learner with essential life skills, social confidence, and the ability to lead a meaningful and self-sufficient life.
Vision & Mission
Vision
We envision a society with total acceptance of children with special needs and where equal opportunities exist for all.
Mission
To ‘Raise the Bar’ for ourselves a little higher every day and see the world through the eyes of our “Little Angels”.
Our Motto
“Don’t Quit, for you are not a failure, Until you fail to try”
From the Director’s Desk
Don’t quit—you are not a failure until you stop trying.
“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.”
– Eleanor Roosevelt
At Little Angels School, Mumbai, we believe that every child has unique abilities and strengths. Regardless of the challenges they may face, our focus is always on nurturing their capabilities, potential, and confidence rather than their limitations.
What began as a vision has grown into a trusted institution for special education and care, thanks to the continuous support of parents, trustees, friends, and well-wishers. I feel proud to have witnessed this journey—from planting the seeds of this institution to seeing it flourish beyond expectations.
Our school provides a safe, secure, and nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to learn, grow, and express themselves. We are committed to offering personalized education, therapy, and holistic development programs that help children become more independent and self-reliant.
Jehangir Afshari
Director, Little Angels School
A key strength of our institution is the strong partnership we share with our supportive and understanding parents, whose trust and cooperation make our mission even more meaningful and fulfilling.
Each day brings new learning, inspiration, and motivation. This journey has strengthened my vision and commitment to continue giving my very best in shaping a brighter future for every child.
